I have been happily cooking and eating absolutely terrific food using recipes from my Paleo Comfort Foods and Everyday Paleo cookbooks. Honestly, I didn't really think it could get any better. I mean, what was left? Everyday Paleo is full of easy, family friendly, downright awesome recipes and Paleo Comfort Foods, well the name pretty much says it all there. This is the latest MUST HAVE cookbook for any and all current paleo followers and would be an AWESOME gift for friends and family that are on the fence or haven't heard much about the whole paleo lifestyle. This book has over 200 gluten and grain free recipes. There are however, some recipes that call for high-quality dairy ingredients and natural sweeteners (honey, maple syrup), but a treat every once and awhile is totally acceptable and healthy!
