This book is mandatory reading if you've got a family to feed and even if you don't. "Everyday Paleo" is a resource book in that Sarah shares her journey to Paleo and how she got her family there. There's also an entire exercise program (with pictures), and survival guides for eating out, travel, cheat meals and more. But that's not even the best part! Over half of the book is RECIPES and there are PICTURES of every single one of them! If you have a hard time figuring out what to feed your family and/or yourself and are always trying to find Paleo friendly, delicious recipes that don't take fancy or weird ingredients and hours to prepare you are in luck! There's Spaghetti, Chili, lots of Dips and Dressings, Breakfast Pizza, BLT's, Chips and Guac, Cookies, Muffins, Smoothies and that's just the beginning! All of these recipes are family friendly AND Paleo!
There's only one thing left to do - get yourself a copy of "Everyday Paleo" and get some extras for friends, coworkers, family and gifts! You won't be sorry and your kids will LOVE that you aren't serving plain chicken - AGAIN!!!
