Fuel as Rx - Live & In Person!

This weekend I had my first Paleo 'road show' at CrossFit Lincoln.  We talked about Paleo strategies for endurance athletes, post workout meals, diet and hormones, intermittent fasting, lectins, how the apply Paleo to 'life' and lots more.  I had a super motivated, enthusiastic audience with lots of great questions.  It was an awesome experience and I can't wait to do it again!

    thanks for coming to Lincoln and setting us straight. I have a question on Vit D. How much should we be taking if we are just doing CF? I bought some and I thought it was 5-8000 mg but what I bought was 5000 iu. How many of these is it or did I write down mg instead of iu?????
