example, of why real food is the way to go. Remember, the foods that are best for your body, (lean meats, fruits, vegetables, avocados, etc.), don't need flashy bags or boxes to "hide" what is (or isn't) inside. Next time you go to the grocery store make sure you can see the foods you're buying. This will help you feel and perform better. And best of all, it won't result in your body taking up any extra "Air" Space.

I couldn't agree more. I think people will find that, as they start eating whole/real foods, they don't feel as hungry throughout the day; they are getting the nutrients and fuel that their bodies need. This also directly affects the money one needs to spend on groceries. It's a win-win-win all the way around.
