  1. Wow, and they didn't even have HFCS or dinner in a box back then! You know, I noticed that when I was Zone-ing and not concerned with quality (still eating cereals, breads, starches) my performance was up but I stopped leaning out and my recovery took longer. Very interesting - thanks!
